Just about a week after we joined Crisis Response, we met a team of volunteers who traveled over 1500 miles to come serve. We had no idea the friendships that would form with this team or what we get to share with you today!
One of the guys from this team, Steven, and his buddy Ronnie came to us with an idea a couple years after this trip.
They were inspired by the story of the 5 loaves and 2 fish. Their takeaway from that story is that often in our lives, God asks us to bring to him the little we have and then he miraculously multiplies it to meet a massive need.
Steve and Ronnie’s idea was to put their skills together to create “5L2F” (short for Five Loaves and Two Fish) as a way to support ministry work! They’ve designed 5L2F merchandise and created a website that has just launched for the first time on February 25, 2021!
They asked if it would be alright if for the next 3 months they donate 100% of the profits from the sale of this merchandise to support our family in Crisis Response! Of course, we were and still are blown away!
